How to book your course and accommodation
How to Book Your Course
Booking your course at ELC is simple, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Follow the process carefully to ensure a smooth enrollment and secure your place in your preferred course and accommodation.
Once you submit your booking form, you’ll receive all the necessary details to complete your enrollment. It’s important to pay your deposit as soon as possible, as your place is only confirmed once payment is received. If you need a study visa, we’ll send the required admission documents after your deposit is processed.
In the weeks leading up to your course, you’ll receive important emails with further instructions, including your placement test and arrival details. Make sure to check your inbox and complete all required steps to help you settle in quickly and begin your studies with confidence.
Below is a step-by-step guide to help you through the booking process.
Start Your Booking
Go to our booking page and complete the form with your course and accommodation details. Ensure all fields are correctly filled before submitting.
Check Your Emails
After submitting, you’ll receive two emails: booking details and user login access. Use the login portal to view your booking and make a payment.
Pay the Deposit
Confirm your booking by paying the deposit, usually 25%. Your study place and accommodation are only secured once this payment is received.
Receive Admission Documents
Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive the unconditional offer letter confirming that you have been accepted into the course. You may need this letter to apply for a study visa.
Pay the Balance
Your full course fees must be paid before your course start date. Students with unpaid or overdue fees will not be allowed to begin their course.
Read the Welcome Email
Two weeks before your course, you’ll get a welcome email with key details. If you booked accommodation, you’ll receive an accommodation welcome email.
Complete the Online Test
The welcome email includes a link to your online placement test. Complete this before you travel to make sure you can start your course on time.
Arrive on Time
Be at school by 8:30 AM on Monday for arrival and orientation. This session ensures you are placed in the right level and ready to start your course smoothly.
