About the UCT English Language Centre
The UCT English Language Centre is located at the historic Hiddingh Campus in the heart of the city. It is a short walk from Cape Town’s vibrant cultural and historic centre, and has easy access to the beaches and local attractions. Our newly refurbished premises are also equipped with the latest classroom technology, and offer a modern and stylish learning environment. Classes are kept small to maintain high quality, and a high student/teacher ratio.
All our teachers have many years of experience and hold the highest English Language Teaching qualifications. Most importantly, they are dedicated, passionate, and work together as a team to share their knowledge and support each other and our students.
We know that learning a new language can be challenging, but we also think it should be a fun and rewarding experience and that it should take place in a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment!
