Student Change Request
Course Break
Use this form to request a course break. You can take a one week’s course break for every 6 weeks of study, and you must request it at least a week in advance.
Course Extension
Select this form if you'd like to extend your course. Remember your visa must be valid for the period of your course extension. Please check your passport.
Course Cancellation
Use this form to tell us that you'd like to end your course early. Please note there are no refunds for cancellations.
Change Level
Use this form if you think you're in the wrong level. All level changes are at the discretion of your class teacher and the Academic Manager. Your attendance, results and participation will be evaluated.
Change of Elective
Select this form if you'd like to change your afternoon elective, for example from Listening and Speaking to Reading and Writing. There is a Course Change Fee of R1000 for this request.
Change Course Type
Select this form if you'd like to change your course type, for example from Intensive 30 to Standard 20. There is a Course Change Fee of R1000 for some of these changes.
